Insurance and Rates

I am generally in-network with the insurance carriers below. Prior to our first appointment, be sure to contact your insurance company and confirm that I am in-network with your particular benefit plan. Be sure to ask about your in-network and out of network mental health benefits as well your copays and any coinsurance or deductibles you may have.

With "Out-of-Network" benefits your insurance plan may cover your therapy sessions reimbursing you possibly in part or in full.  As an out of network provider I will provide you with Superbills to send to your insurance provider to receive any reimbursement they may have for you. Each insurance plan has specific procedures for reimbursement. 

Questions to ask your insurance provider when you call about your benefits: 

• What is my behavioral/mental health out of network deductible? 
• How much of my deductible have I met? 
• How much is the reimbursement for sessions with an LCSW-R therapist who is out of network?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

$235 for 45 minute sessions

$255 for 60 minute sessions

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
